Pastor Kaiya L. Butcher is the founder and president of TBCF Women’s Ministry, established in 2007 in Suisun City. Through conferences, mentorship, and community events, she is passionate about helping women heal, grow, and thrive in body, mind, and spirit. Known for calling herself a “spiritual midwife,” Pastor Kaiya ministers to women from all walks of life, guiding them beyond fear, addiction, past hurts, and setbacks into lives marked by freedom, purpose, and strength.
With a powerful blend of biblical truth, authenticity, humor, and encouragement, Pastor Kaiya inspires teens, young adults, and women to rise above cultural pressures and live abundantly, without regret. Her messages are known for bringing both heartfelt healing and contagious joy.
A California native, Pastor Kaiya has turned her lifelong longing for sisterhood into a calling to cultivate meaningful community wherever she goes. Alongside her husband, Pastor John Butcher, Sr. she serves as the women's and executive Pastor of The Building Christian Fellowship, where she faithfully teaches messages of healing, freedom, and restoration.
John and Kaiya are the proud parents of four children, grandparents of two, and spiritual parents to many sons and daughters in the faith.
